Same-day electronics delivery in Kottayam

Phones, routers, cameras and spare parts move between shops, service centres and customers every day. Deelo Parcel carries them with an OTP at both ends, which for a repaired phone matters more than speed.

The short answer

Yes, Deelo Parcel carries electronics such as phones, laptops, cameras and components, same-day within the city, with OTP verification at pickup and handover.

When people use this

  • Phone to service centre and back after repair
  • Laptop between an office and a technician
  • Shop-to-customer delivery for electronics retailers
  • Spare parts between two branches of the same business
  • CCTV and networking gear to an install site

How to pack it

  • Original box with foam is best. Failing that, bubble wrap and a rigid carton — never a soft bag.
  • Back up anything with data before it travels, and note the serial number in the parcel instructions.
  • Remove loose batteries from devices where you can; power banks should be declared at booking.

What we cannot carry

  • Loose lithium cells and damaged or swollen batteries are not accepted.
  • We do not carry items above 15 kg or beyond scooter dimensions; large appliances need a different service.

Size and price

Electronics Delivery normally books as a Medium parcel — a carry bag or small box, up to 10 kg. It travels by scooter or auto, and a typical 6 km city run costs about ₹124 all-in including GST — the same fare as any other size. The exact fare is shown before you confirm.

How it works

OTP at both ends

A one-time code is verified at pickup and again at handover, so a parcel can never be collected or released to the wrong person.

Live tracking on a map

You watch the runner move in real time, with an ETA that counts down and a notification when they are close.

Verified runners

Every runner is ID-checked and address-verified before their first job, and carries a rating you can see before handover.

Instant, upfront pricing

The full fare is shown before you confirm. There is no surge, no per-kilometre surprise and no charge until a runner accepts.

Electronics Delivery — questions

Is it safe to send a laptop or phone?

Yes. Pack it in a rigid box, declare it at booking, and the OTP handover means only your named recipient can collect it. Back up your data first as standard practice.

Can I send a power bank or spare battery?

Power banks installed in a device or in original packaging are fine if declared. Loose, damaged or swollen lithium cells are not accepted.

How does same-day courier work?

You enter a pickup address and a destination in the Deelo Parcel app, choose a parcel size and a pickup window, and see the full fare before confirming. A runner accepts, collects from your door and takes the parcel directly to the recipient the same day. An OTP is verified at both ends.

How much does parcel delivery cost?

Deelo Parcel starts at ₹36 all-in for a short city run. The fare is ₹30 base (covers the first 1 km) + ₹15/km (Launch offer; regular ₹18/km) + 18% GST — it depends on distance only, not on parcel size, and there is no platform fee. The full price is shown before you confirm, and there is no surge pricing.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the two addresses, the pickup window you choose and how many runners are working that day. You book a morning, afternoon or evening window, and once a runner accepts, a live ETA counts down on the map and updates as they move. Deelo Parcel does not offer a guaranteed delivery time.
