Who it is built for

Instagram and WhatsApp sellers, home bakers, home businesses

Orders arrive in DMs and chats; the parcel is at your home or studio; the customer wants it today.

  • Book a pickup from your door the moment an order is confirmed — no counter, no minimum number of orders.
  • Forward the public tracking link into the chat; the buyer follows the runner without an account.
  • The delivery OTP goes to the buyer's phone, so only the person who ordered can take the parcel, and you get a photo at handover.

Imitation jewellery, cosmetics, clothes, cakes, handmade goods and food packages are all carried. Real gold and cash are not. Cash-on-delivery collection is not offered today — collect payment your usual way.

Retail shops and boutiques

Shastri Road, TB Road, KK Road, Nagampadam, Ettumanoor, Pala, Changanassery — a customer asks "can you deliver?" and there is nobody to send.

  • Book from the counter; the runner collects from the shop entrance inside the window you chose.
  • Exchanges and trials are two bookings — out today, back when the customer is ready — and you pay for each leg separately.
  • Tell the customer to expect a call and an OTP; send them the tracking link if they ask where it is.

Office Parcel Delivery: packing and what we cannot carry

Bakeries and cake shops

Cakes that must arrive on time, upright, on a Saturday.

  • Ask for a rigid box with a base board; the runner keeps it level on the footwell, not in a backpack.
  • Book the window before the occasion, not the one that ends at it.
  • Kumarakom resorts, hostels and apartment compounds all take a pinned location — drop the pin on the gate.

Cake Delivery: packing and what we cannot carry

Pharmacies and clinics

Repeat prescriptions to patients who cannot come in — around the Medical College in Gandhi Nagar, Thellakom, and across town.

  • The pharmacy bill or prescription travels with the parcel; the patient or their family reads out the OTP at the door.
  • Short cold-chain hops are fine with an ice pack in an insulated pouch — mark it at booking and the runner goes direct.
  • Reports and permitted samples between clinic and lab are carried under the same rules; we do not carry narcotics or Schedule X drugs.

Medicine Delivery: packing and what we cannot carry

Electronics, mobile and spare-parts shops

A repaired phone back to a customer; an accessory to a home; a part to a workshop that is waiting on it.

  • Devices travel in a rigid box with the gaps filled, declared at booking; OTP at both ends is the handover record.
  • Loose or swollen lithium batteries are refused — a battery inside a packed device is fine.
  • Anything up to 15 kg; a small goods vehicle is sent for the Large tier.

Electronics Delivery: packing and what we cannot carry

Offices, chartered accountants, advocates, architects

Files to the Collectorate, the court, a bank branch or a client in Kochi — without sending a junior for half a day.

  • Pickup from the desk inside the window you pick; sealed envelope; the recipient's OTP and a timestamped photo are the proof of delivery.
  • Order history keeps every delivery with its timestamps; a GST invoice is available for each.
  • Originals — deeds, certificates, stamp paper — are the most common thing we carry. Cash and bearer instruments are not.

How a delivery works for you

  • Book: pickup address (your counter, kitchen or desk), the customer's address, a size tier and a window. The fare is on screen before you confirm.
  • Pickup: the runner arrives inside the window, you read out the OTP, the parcel is in the chain of custody.
  • Tell the customer: paste the tracking link into WhatsApp or Instagram; they see the runner and the ETA.
  • Handover: the customer's OTP is verified, a photo is captured, and both are timestamped in your order history.
  • If the customer is not there: the runner waits ten minutes, returns the parcel to you, and only the delivery leg is charged.

Business delivery — questions

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. Shops, bakeries, pharmacies, boutiques, offices and Instagram or WhatsApp sellers in Kottayam use Deelo Parcel as their delivery arm: book per delivery at ₹30 + ₹15/km + GST, the runner collects from the counter or your door, and the customer gets a public tracking link and an OTP handover. No monthly minimum.

How much does parcel delivery cost?

Deelo Parcel starts at ₹36 all-in for a short city run. The fare is ₹30 base (covers the first 1 km) + ₹15/km (Launch offer; regular ₹18/km) + 18% GST — it depends on distance only, not on parcel size, and there is no platform fee. The full price is shown before you confirm, and there is no surge pricing.

Do you provide proof of delivery?

Yes. Deelo Parcel captures a photo at handover, records the OTP verification and timestamps both in your order history. For offices and legal work this is usually sufficient as a delivery audit trail.

What happens if the recipient is not available?

The Deelo Parcel runner calls the recipient on arrival and waits up to 10 minutes. If nobody can take the parcel, it is returned to you and only the delivery leg is charged — you are never billed for both directions.

How do I contact Deelo Parcel?

Call or WhatsApp +91 79944 42295, or email contact@deelo.in. A person answers between 07:00 and 20:00, seven days a week. Bookings are made online at parcel.deelo.in/book; shops and sellers who prefer not to use the app can be walked through their first booking on WhatsApp.

Do you collect cash on delivery for my orders?

Not today. Deelo Parcel carries the parcel and verifies the buyer with an OTP; payment between you and your customer stays with you. We would rather say so here than at the door.

Is there a monthly fee or a minimum number of deliveries?

No. Every delivery is priced on its own — ₹30 base (covers the first 1 km) + ₹15/km (Launch offer; regular ₹18/km) + 18% GST — and you book as many or as few as you have. Shops already on the Deelo merchant console book from their shop wallet; everyone else books here like any customer.

Can my customer track the delivery?

Yes. Every booking has a public tracking link you can paste into WhatsApp or Instagram; the customer sees the runner on the map and the ETA without creating an account.
