- The runner collects from your door and carries the parcel directly to the recipient's door. There is no hub, no overnight sort and no next-morning promise.
- Once a runner accepts, a live ETA counts down on the map and updates as they move. That ETA is the only delivery time we quote — we do not promise a number of minutes.
- Availability is checked against the fleet before a window is offered. If a window is on screen, it is bookable.

Yes. Deelo Parcel collects seven days a week between 07:00 and 20:00. On hartal days and major holidays, availability depends on which runners are rostered — the booking flow only offers a window a runner can actually take, so if a window is shown, it is bookable.
