Is it safe to send a passport by courier?
With OTP verification at both ends and live tracking, yes — the passport can only be released to the person whose phone holds the code. Seal it in a tamper-evident envelope and name a specific individual, not a reception desk.
What if the agent's office is closed when the runner arrives?
The runner calls the receiver first. If nobody can take it, the parcel returns to you and only the delivery leg is charged.
How does same-day courier work?
You enter a pickup address and a destination in the Deelo Parcel app, choose a parcel size and a pickup window, and see the full fare before confirming. A runner accepts, collects from your door and takes the parcel directly to the recipient the same day. An OTP is verified at both ends.
