Tracking

Track your delivery

Every Deelo Parcel booking has a public tracking link. The sender sees it in the app and can forward it by WhatsApp or SMS; whoever opens it sees the runner on a live map with an ETA, without creating an account.

What you will see

  • The runner's position on a live map once they have accepted the job, with an ETA that counts down and updates as they move.
  • The status of the delivery — booked, runner assigned, picked up, on the way, delivered — with timestamps.
  • At the door, the handover is confirmed with a one-time code sent to the recipient's phone, and a photo is captured.

Tracking — questions

How does live tracking work?

Once a runner accepts, Deelo Parcel shows their position on a live map with an ETA that counts down and an alert when they are close. You can forward a public tracking link to the recipient so they follow the same delivery without needing an account.

Can someone else receive the parcel?

Only the person you name as the receiver can take delivery, because the handover OTP is sent to their phone. If you need to change who collects it, edit the receiver in the Deelo Parcel app before the runner reaches the drop-off address.

Do you provide proof of delivery?

Yes. Deelo Parcel captures a photo at handover, records the OTP verification and timestamps both in your order history. For offices and legal work this is usually sufficient as a delivery audit trail.

What happens if the recipient is not available?

The Deelo Parcel runner calls the recipient on arrival and waits up to 10 minutes. If nobody can take the parcel, it is returned to you and only the delivery leg is charged — you are never billed for both directions.

Need to send something?

Two addresses and a window. The fare is on screen before you confirm.
