What we do

A traditional courier is built for distance. It collects parcels into a hub, sorts them overnight and delivers the next morning — which works well for a package going from Kerala to Delhi, and badly for a set of keys going four kilometres across Kottayam. Deelo Parcel is built for the second case. You book in the app, pick a pickup window, and one runner carries your parcel directly to the recipient. Nothing is consolidated, nothing waits in a warehouse.

We started in Kottayam because it is a town where this gap is obvious: a compact centre, a medical college, a dense ring of panchayats, and no quick way to move one small thing between them. The service has since grown outward from there — the coverage page lists every district and town a runner can reach today.

Facts

Deelo Parcel operates seven days a week. Pickup windows run from 07:00 to 20:00.
Parcels up to 15 kg, in three size tiers: Small (5 kg), Medium (10 kg) and Large (15 kg).
Fares start at ₹36 all-in and are shown in full before you confirm. There is no surge pricing.
Pickup is booked into a morning, afternoon or evening window, and availability is checked against the fleet before the window is offered.
Every handover is OTP-verified at both ends and recorded with a proof photo.

Every runner is ID-checked and address-verified before their first job, and carries a rating you can see before handover.

The full fare is shown before you confirm. There is no surge, no per-kilometre surprise and no charge until a runner accepts.

Door pickup

The runner comes to your door, desk or shop counter. You never travel to a booking office.

Door delivery
