How to pack it

Use a sealed A4 envelope; tape the flap rather than licking it, so humidity does not open it in transit.
For originals such as deeds or passports, add a second waterproof sleeve — Kerala rain is the main risk, not handling.
Write the recipient's name on the envelope as well as in the app, so the handover is unambiguous.

What we cannot carry

We carry documents, not cash or bearer instruments. Currency, cheques made out to bearer and blank signed cheques are not accepted.

Yes. Originals are the most common thing we carry. Seal them in a waterproof sleeve, declare the parcel as fragile, and the OTP handover means only your named recipient can take delivery.

In a compact town like Kottayam or Thrissur, 20 to 30 minutes is typical. Across Kochi at peak hour, allow 45 to 60 minutes.

Do you provide proof of delivery for documents?
