Can I send medicines that need refrigeration?

Short cold-chain hops are fine if you pack an ice pack in an insulated pouch and mark the parcel at booking. The runner will take the direct route rather than batching the trip.

Do you need a prescription to carry medicine?

The pharmacy's bill or a copy of the prescription should travel with the parcel. We do not verify prescriptions ourselves, but they must be present for regulated medicines.
