Deelo Parcel does not currently collect from Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, Kasaragod. Our runners work out of Kottayam, and these districts sit beyond the 100 km one runner can cover in a day. A booking from an address there is declined at checkout, so we would rather tell you here than at the last screen.
Individual towns in those districts may still be within reach — coverage is measured from each address, not by district. If a town has its own page on this site, it is because a runner can get there.

Deelo Parcel currently collects in Kottayam, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Idukki, Ernakulam — the districts within reach of our runner bases. It does NOT yet cover Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Kozhikode, Wayanad, Kannur, Kasaragod; a booking from those addresses is declined at checkout. The coverage page lists every town we serve today.
What time does Deelo Parcel operate?
Deelo Parcel collects between 07:00 and 20:00, seven days a week, in three windows: morning, afternoon and evening. You pick the window when you book, and you can schedule a pickup for a future date.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the two addresses, the pickup window you choose and how many runners are working that day. You book a morning, afternoon or evening window, and once a runner accepts, a live ETA counts down on the map and updates as they move. Deelo Parcel does not offer a guaranteed delivery time.
How is Deelo Parcel different from a normal courier?
A traditional courier collects into a hub, sorts overnight and delivers the next day. Deelo Parcel assigns one runner who collects from your door and carries the parcel directly to the recipient's door the same day — no hub, no overnight sort, and a live ETA on the map once the runner accepts.
