How an order flows
- Customer confirms in the DM or chat.
- You book: your pin, their pin, a size tier, a window. The fare is on screen before you confirm.
- Runner arrives inside the window; you read out the pickup OTP.
- You paste the tracking link into the chat. The customer watches it arrive.
- Handover: the customer reads out their OTP; the runner takes a photo; both are timestamped in your order history.
- Customer not home? The runner waits ten minutes, returns the parcel, and only the delivery leg is charged — message them and rebook.

I sell on Instagram from home in Kottayam — can you pick up from my house?
Yes. That is the normal case. Drop a pin on your gate when you book, choose a morning, afternoon or evening window, and a verified Deelo Parcel runner collects from your door. There is no counter, no minimum number of orders and nothing is charged until a runner accepts.
How does my customer know where the parcel is?
Every booking has a public tracking link. Paste it into the Instagram DM or WhatsApp chat; the customer sees the runner on a live map with an ETA, without creating an account, and gets an OTP on their phone for the handover.
Do you collect cash on delivery?
Not today. Deelo Parcel carries the parcel and verifies the buyer with an OTP; payment between you and your customer stays with you (UPI, transfer, whatever you use now). We say so here rather than at the door.
What can I send — and what can't I?
Clothes, sarees, imitation jewellery, cosmetics, handmade goods, cakes and food packages, gifts, books, phone accessories — anything up to 15 kg that fits the size tiers. Real gold, cash, alcohol and loose lithium batteries are not carried.
What does it cost per order?
₹30 base (covers the first 1 km) + ₹15/km (Launch offer; regular ₹18/km) + 18% GST, on the road distance between your door and the customer's — the same for any parcel up to 15 kg. A run across Kottayam town is about ₹89; the fare is shown before you confirm and there is no monthly fee.
Can I book several orders at once, or a daily pickup?
Each order is its own booking today, so the customer gets their own tracking link and OTP. Saved addresses make the second booking two taps. A standing daily pickup window is on the roadmap; tell us on WhatsApp if you would use one.
What happens if the recipient is not available?
The Deelo Parcel runner calls the recipient on arrival and waits up to 10 minutes. If nobody can take the parcel, it is returned to you and only the delivery leg is charged — you are never billed for both directions.
