How billing works
- The fare you see before confirming is the fare you pay. There is no surge pricing and no per-kilometre surprise added afterwards.
- Every fare is ₹30 base (covers the first 1 km) + ₹15/km (Launch offer; regular ₹18/km) + 18% GST, shown as three separate lines in the breakdown. There is no platform fee.
- Parcel size does not change the fare. Small, medium and large are priced the same for the same distance — the tier only tells the runner what to bring.
- You are not charged until a runner accepts the job. If nobody accepts, nothing is deducted.
- If the recipient is unreachable, the runner waits 10 minutes, then returns the parcel. Only the delivery leg is charged, never both.
- Coupons apply to the delivery fare, not to GST.

Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Cancel free of charge any time before a runner accepts, because nothing is deducted until then. After a runner has been assigned and started towards pickup, a partial fee applies to cover the trip they have already made.
What happens if the recipient is not available?
The Deelo Parcel runner calls the recipient on arrival and waits up to 10 minutes. If nobody can take the parcel, it is returned to you and only the delivery leg is charged — you are never billed for both directions.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the two addresses, the pickup window you choose and how many runners are working that day. You book a morning, afternoon or evening window, and once a runner accepts, a live ETA counts down on the map and updates as they move. Deelo Parcel does not offer a guaranteed delivery time.
