How to pack it

What we cannot carry
- Loose or unsealed liquids and gravies are not accepted.

Do you deliver from restaurants?
No. Deelo Parcel is a courier, not a food ordering app. If you have already arranged the food, we will move it; we will not place the order for you.
Will hot food stay warm?
In an insulated carrier on a short run, largely yes. On a longer run across the district assume it will need reheating.
How does same-day courier work?
You enter a pickup address and a destination in the Deelo Parcel app, choose a parcel size and a pickup window, and see the full fare before confirming. A runner accepts, collects from your door and takes the parcel directly to the recipient the same day. An OTP is verified at both ends.
How much does parcel delivery cost?
Deelo Parcel starts at ₹36 all-in for a short city run. The fare is ₹30 base (covers the first 1 km) + ₹15/km (Launch offer; regular ₹18/km) + 18% GST — it depends on distance only, not on parcel size, and there is no platform fee. The full price is shown before you confirm, and there is no surge pricing.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the two addresses, the pickup window you choose and how many runners are working that day. You book a morning, afternoon or evening window, and once a runner accepts, a live ETA counts down on the map and updates as they move. Deelo Parcel does not offer a guaranteed delivery time.
